Dr. Tanya Coty

Dr. Tanya Coty hails from the East Coast. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia while working part time as a veterinary assistant at a cat only hospital.

While in veterinary school at the University of Illinois, Dr. Coty kept busy working part time at the local humane society and volunteering with the University of Illinois' Wildlife Clinic. After graduation, she moved to San Diego and has no plans to leave.

In her spare time, she keeps busy with running, hiking, reading, and exploring San Diego with friends. She’s owned full time by an elderly cat and part time by an elderly mutt.
