Dr. John Komlosy is a native San Diegan who attended St. George’s University for veterinary school. He completed his clinical year at LSU. Dr. Komlosy is particularly interested in Internal medicine, surgery, ultrasound, and endocrinology. Dr Komlosy has undergone certification training with board-certified radiologists to be able to perform brief ultrasound exams and what are known as FAST scans for emergency situations. Dr. Komlosy has one energetic lab mix named Rhea. Rhea is Dr. Komlosy’s 50 lb lap dog. Rhea loves to keep Dr. Komlosy busy by going to the dog beach, going on hikes on nearby trails, and going to the dog park.  Dr. Komlosy loves to travel when he can. Dr. Komlosy has traveled to places like Croatia, the Czech Republic, Romania, Grenada, and Italy to name a few.  A fun fact about Dr. Komlosy; he learned to drive a tractor during his time at Fresno State when he worked on the on-campus pig farm while obtaining his undergraduate degree in Animal Science.
